PURPOSE The purpose of this procedure is to establish a consistent method for the control of hardware and software processes that directly affect the quality of products. This Marshall Procedures and Guidelines (MPG) is applicable to processes related to production, installation, or servicing that affect quality within the scope of MPD 1280.1, "Marshall Management Manual" (MMM), section 1. APPLICABILITY This MPG is applicable to all Center organizations and to all contractors performing work for the Center as contained in the provisions of the Marshall Management System.
