scope:
These guidelines apply to plants for the producition of acrylonitrile (AN) and AN polymers and copolymers, including the production of fibres.
These guidelines do not cover
• the processing of AN polymers and AN copolymers to half finished or finished products and
• special organic-chemical reactions such as the production of derivatives of acrylonitrile.
Laws, regulations, administrative regulations and other provisions which apply in particular to the construction and operation of the plant are referred to in the literature and under [1].
