Introduction
The concept is based on attaching the positioner from above to a horizontal surface on top of the actuator, which is provided with air ducts and fastening threads as well as a coding pin. The air ducts ensure both the supply of air and the connection to single- and double- acting valves. The positioner can thus be replaced without having to disassemble the existing supply-air or control-air lines. A vertical surface provided with air ducts and fastening threads allows pipeless attachment of a solenoid valve (SV).
