scope:
Applicability. This regulation applies to the Active Army, the Army National Guard/Army National Guard of the United States, and the U.S. Army Reserve. It also applies to all personnel who are employed or are working in an Army library, and to those individuals who are provided services from an Army library.
Purpose
This regulation prescribes policies for accounting for DA library materials, regardless of the source of funds or the method of acquisition, such as donations and transfers. This regulation covers all types of materials including print, audio visual, and digital that is part of a library collection.
