What is the purpose of this notice?
This notice announces the establishment of the Governance and Business Operations Staff (APL-10) to replace the Management Staff (APL-10). The new office will be headed by the Director for Governance and Business Operations. This notice formally establishes three sub-organizations reporting to the Director: Resource Management Staff (APL-11), Aviation Insurance Program Staff (APL-12), and Executive Governance Staff (APL-14). This notice also re-delegates some authorities to the Director for Governance and Business Operations.
