PURPOSE
This Instruction establishes the processes and responsibilities for the implementation of an effective risk management (RM) process at Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC). Risk management is an essential process for managing MSFC's assets and programs.
APPLICABILITY
This Instruction applies to all MSFC-managed projects and programs and MSFC's facilities.
