This document promulgates the minimum essential technical parameters in the form of mandatory system standards and optional design objectives for interoperability and compatibility among Soldier Radio Waveform (SRW) Functional Terminals (SFTs), and between SFT and applicable Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I) systems to include JTRS Enterprise Network Manager (JENM). These technical parameters are based on the data communications protocol standards specified herein to ensure interoperability.
