This Standard deals with interior and exterior solid plastering. It contains recommendations on types of backgrounds and guidance on the preparation of surfaces lo be plastered. It also specifies suitable plastering systems and methods of application.
The partition and ceiling framing requirements of this Standard relate to constructions not requiring specific design. Where specific design is required, reference should be made to NZS 1900*.
