Diese Norm gilt für Betonschalungssteine, die für Gärfuttersilos, Güllebehälter, Güllekeller, Güllewannen und Güllekanäle nach DIN 11622-2, sowie für Wände ohne Dichtfunktion in Fahrsilos nach DIN 11622-5 verwendet werden sollen. Sie regelt die besonderen Anforderungen einschließlich Schutzmaßnahmen, die sich aus dem speziellen Verwendungszweck ergeben. Diese Norm gilt nicht für die dichtende Ausführung der genannten Bauwerke aus Betonschalungssteinen. Die dichtende Wirkung der Bauwerke, z. B. durch Auskleidungen oder Beschichtungen, ist durch einen bauordnungsrechtlichen Verwendbarkeitsnachweis nachzuweisen.

ANMERKUNG Auf weitergehende bauordnungsrechtliche und wasserrechtliche Anforderungen wird hingewiesen.
