scope:
This Standard specifies luminaires, mainly residential, using LED light source and/or fluorescent lamp as light source, which can be easily connected to the power supply of AC 100 V by a plug, twist-lock ceiling rosette, and other components. However, the following items shall be excluded from the scope.
a) Waterproof luminaires
b) Portable luminaires
c) Luminaires with compact self-ballasted fluorescent lamp
d) Luminaires with compact self-ballasted LED lamp
