This standard provides a basis for electronic reporting of transformer test data on liquid-immersed distribution transformers. Purpose
The purpose of this standard is to define standard methods of reporting and communicating transformer test data in order to allow users and producers to design computer based systems for preparing, communicating, and storing test data.
