PURPOSE AND SCOPE
The purpose of this document is to define the minimum standard for project planning and project controls requirements to be implemented by each Electricity Alliance, as referenced in the work Information that accompanies the Alliance contracts. In addition, this document provides areas of recommended good practise that each Alliance should also consider. The Alliances are encouraged to develop their own procedures detailing Alliance specific arrangements linked to the requirements within this document.
