PURPOSE AND SCOPE
This document defines the functional and performance requirements for current transformers (CTs) for protection and general use on the National Grid (NGET) Electricity Transmission System UK. It supports the more general requirements defined in TS 1, TS 2.1 and TS 2.2.
For CTs used in Settlement Metering applications reference should be made to TS 3.2.6.
