Purpose
a. To encompass all of the Director of Naval Intelligence (DNI) sponsored awards and associated criteria.
b. Major changes to this instruction include creating the same timeframe for all awards, removing of various personal identifiable information requirements, and removing the expeditionary category for the Rear Admiral Thomas A. Brooks Intelligence Junior Officer of the Year Awards. This instruction is a complete revision and should be reviewed in its entirety.
