Purpose of This Order .
The purpose of this Order is to establish procedures to protect employees from reprisal for engaging in activities protected under the Occupational Safety and Health ("OSH") Act. This Order will ensure that reprisal allegations reported under this Order will be investigated and resolved in a consistent and uniform manner and that managers are held accountable.
