Purpose of This Notice.
This notice provides guidance for aviation safety inspectors (ASI) assigned to operators conducting operations under Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) part 145. This notice amends the standard language in the templates for Operations Specifications (OpSpecs) A001, Issuance and Applicability; A002, Definitions and Abbreviations; and A004, Summary of Special Authorizations and Limitations.
