SCOPE OF DOCUMENT.

This UFC provides requirements for evaluating, planning, programming, and designing Continuous Child Care Facilities (CCCFs). The information in this UFC applies to the design of all new construction projects, to include additions, alterations, and renovation projects in the continental Unites States (CONUS) and outside the continental US (OCONUS). This UFC is not intended as a substitution for thorough review during design by individual Program Managers and Operations Staff in the appropriate Service.
