Class requirements The class requirements are providing requirements concerning intact stability, light ship data and closures, see Sec.2. 

Safety requirements

Safety requirements for damage stability are stated in Sec.3 for monohull yachts in length L>48m. Intact and Damage Stability Requirements for Passenger Yachts are replaced by the applicable requirements of the MCA PASSENGER YACHT CODE. Multihull yachts need special considerations with view to intact and damage stability. 

Safety requirements concerning minimum subdivision are shown in Ch.2 (General Arrangement Design).
