scope:
PURPOSE.
This notice issues operations specification (OpSpec) A055 for the carriage of hazardous materials (hazmat) by air carriers conducting operations under Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) parts 121 and 135 located in the automated Operations Safety System (OPSS). OpSpec A004 is issued for those that will-not-carry hazmat.
