This Standard specifies unplasticized poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC-U) pipe fittings and impact-resistant unplasticized poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC-U) pipe fittings (hereafter referred to as fittings) used mainly for adhesion-jointing of the unplasticized poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC-U) pipes for water supply specified in JIS K 6742
