Purpose.
This instruction continues the Aircrew Systems Program (PMA202) as a designated program office under direction of the Commander, Naval Air Systems Command (COMNAVAIRSYSCOM); and updates the existing charter (enclosure (1)) which outlines the program's mission and functions, operating relationships, organization, resources, and the authority and responsibilities of the Program Manager (PM).
