This method covers the determination of the CBR of an aggregate when compacted (see Note (1)) and tested in a laboratory. The method is applicable to aggregates passing a 19.0 mm test sieve (see Note (2)).
NOTE - A similar test method for soils is included in NZS 4402 as Test 6.1.1. The two methods are essentially the same.
