scope:
a) This Part of the Defence Standard specifies the requirements for the manufacture, testing and quality assurance documentation for ferrous (carbon/low alloy steel and stainless steels) and non-ferrous metric and unified fasteners for First Level Quality Assured applications in as defined in SSP 25.
b) The materials covered by this standard are those potentially selectable using Part 1 of this standard.
