This standard specifies the GPRS-136 procedures used at the radio interface for the Radio Link Control/Medium Access Control (RLC/MAC) function, used exclusively as a packet traffic channel (PTCH), on a 1.6 MHz bearer channel (designated as 136HS Indoor). The 136HS Indoor PTCH (=WPTCH) is launched from a 30 kHz (designated as 136+) packet control channel (PCCH) (see TIA/EIA-136-335)
