scope:
This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies requirements for welded wiremesh using twisted low carbon square steel wires (hereafter referred to welded wiremesh). The twisted low carbon square steel wires to be used shall be in accordance with JIS G 3558.
When the welded wiremesh specified in this Standard is used as e.g. a reinforcement of a concrete structure, the requirements for e.g. the strength of welded wiremesh shall be agreed upon between the manufacturer and the purchaser.
