Purpose

The purpose of this Guide to "Third Party Funded Railway Car Parks" is to describe good practice in the design, construction and operation of multi storey car parks (MSCPs) to assist third party Investors in developing schemes for new MSCPs on Network Rail sites which achieve maximum customer satisfaction and support the Network Rail initiative of "putting passengers first".
