Scope and Applicability.
This notice applies to Commander, U.S. Pacific Fleet (COMPACFLT), Commander, Naval Information Forces (COMNAVIFOR) and Commander, Fleet Information Warfare Command Pacific (COMFIWCPAC).
Purpose.
To establish Fleet Information Warfare Command Pacific (FIWCPAC) to serve as an Information Warfare Task Force in direct support of U.S. Pacific Fleet assignment as a Theater Joint Force Maritime Component Commander, per reference (a).
