This notice applies to NETC, Commander, Naval Service Training Command; and all NROTCU and Department of Naval Science (DPTNAVSCI) Units SSMP established prior to 2005 reporting there to.
Purpose.
To approve Commander, Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) request to update the Mission Statement of Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps Units (NROTCU) and five Strategic Sealift Midshipmen Program Units (SSMP) established prior to 2005, per reference (a).
