This notice applies to COMPACFLT; Commander, Submarine Forces Pacific (COMSUBPAC); Commander, Undersea Surveillance (CONUNDERSEASURV); Commander, TUSC Pacific; Commander, TUSC Atlantic; Office in Charge, TUSC OPCON Pacific; and Officer in Charge, TUSC OPCON Atlantic.
Purpose.
