Scope and Applicability.
This notice applies to COMUSFLTFORCOM; Commander, Navy Expeditionary Combat Command (COMNECC); Commander, Maritime Expeditionary Security Group Two (MESG TWO); Commander, Maritime Security Squadron (MSRON) 10; Commanding Officer, MSRON 10 SBC ALPHA; Commanding Officer, MSRON 10 SBC BRAVO; Commanding Officer, MSRON 10 SBC CHARLIE; and Commanding Officer, MSRON 10 SBC DELTA.
