This NES specifies the requirements for 6.3mm-51mm inclusive nominal bore, 2 layer wire braid, steel wire reinforced synthetic rubber hose and hose assemblies, fitted with end couplings, supplied for the RN Standard range of flexible hose assemblies for hydraulic systems. They are suitable for use in hydraulic systems operating continuously at temperatures ranging from -40O C to +100°C.
