Purpose. This notice announces the realignment of civilian and military personnel from what was commonly referred to as Team CX (the Deputy Commander for Surface Ships (SEA91), the Program Executive Officer for Expenditionary Warfare (PEO EXW), and the Program Executive Officer for Carriers (PEO Carriers). This realignment will place the civilian and military personnel currently assigned to the support of PEO EXW and PEO Carriers within the line organizations of PEO EXW and PEO Carriers rather than in the SEA 91 support matrix.
