PURPOSE The purpose of this Directive is to establish the procedure for obtaining telecommunications services, including telephone, radio, pager, and multimedia services at Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC). APPLICABILITY This Directive is applicable to all MSFC organizations (including Michoud Assembly Facility [MAF]), all MSFC support contractors, and other supporting organizations regardless of location.
