This specification sets forth the physical description and functional characteristics for the design and construction of a Micropositioner Locking Device (MLD) used to support, align, and lock each of the focus coils in the Radar Bright Display Equipment (RBDE) Scan Converter Storage Tube Assembly. The device will be used in the RBDE-4, RBDE-5, and RBDE-5a scan converters.
