This Standard covers the basic dimensional and manufacturing requirements for end fittings for flexible hose assemblies (except pitot/static) which are required to be connected to aircraft fluid pipe systems incorporating the metric swaged pipe coupling (AS 43020 and AS 43090 series).
It also covers the requirements for the relationship of the end fitting sizes to the hose sizes, and specifies the maximum working pressures for each resultant hose assembly size.
