Purpose of This Order.
The FAA and other Government members ofthe RTCA will use components ofRTCA (for example, the NextGen Advisory Committee (NAC), Program Management Committee (PMC), Tactical Operations Committee (TOC), and the Special Committees) as a Federal advisory committee. The FAA may decide to form additional committees, as it deems necessary during the term ofthis charter. These advisory committees will function under section 3(2)(C) ofthe FACA.
