Purpose of This Order.
The FAA and other Government members of the RTCA will use components of RTCA, for example, the NextGen Advisory Committee (NAC), Program Management Committee (PMC), Tactical Operations Committee (TOC), Special Committees (see Appendix A) and as a Federal Advisory Committee (FAC). The FAA may decide to form additional committees, as it deems necessary during the term of this charter. These advisory committees will function under section 3(2)(C) of the FACA.
