Purpose of This Order.
This directive updates policy, responsibilities, and procedures for the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) Records Management Program. This order will help ensure the Records Management Program and records owned by MMAC organizations are in compliance with National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) regulations, Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) National Policy, U. S. Department of Transportation (DOT) policies and guidelines, and best practices adopted by the MMAC.
