This module sets out the process to plan maintenance work activities. It applies to:
a) all Maintenance and Section Team roles involved in work planning within the Delivery Unit;
b) Route Operations;
c) Route planning;
d) Route Services; and
e) Capacity Planning.
Purpose
This module provides an overview of the processes and systems involved in planning maintenance work activities to deliver them in a safe, efficient and productive manner that aligns with Network Rail compliance and business requirements
