Purpose.
To implement policy authorized in references (a) through (c) and to assign roles and responsibilities for a Department of the Navy (DON) managed credentialing program. This discretionary program was developed primarily for Enlisted Active and Reserve component military members, less Selected Reservists, and provides for the paYment of credentialing examinations associated with professional licensing, certifications and renewals consistent with established policy.
