scope:
Purpose. To promulgate policy for and prescribe standardized legal assistance practice guide checklists for use by Navy legal assistance providers in assisting customers and clients per the Navy's Legal Assistance Program.
Applicability. This instruction applies to all personnel who provide 10 U.S.C. § 1044 legal assistance services under the auspices of the Navy Legal Assistance Program as authorized of the Judge Advocate General of the Navy.
