scope:
Purpose. To promulgate policy, prescribe procedures, and assign responsibilities for execution of the Navy Legal Assistance Program.
Applicability. This instruction applies to all personnel providing legal assistance services, including all Navy judge advocates, civilian attorneys, and volunteer attorneys; legalmen; civilian paralegals; civilian legal assistants; and other personnel providing legal assistance to authorized beneficiaries under the auspices of the Navy Legal Assistance Program.
