Purpose.
To publish policy and assign responsibilities for implementing the Navy Judge Advocate General (JAG) community training program. Per reference (a), the JAG has primary responsibilities for the supervision of legal services provided by JAG community personnel. This also includes responsibility for the career-training continuum of JAG community personnel. This instruction is a complete revision and shall be reviewed in its entirety.
