Purpose.
This change is issued to reflect the establishment of Commander, Naval Legal Services Command (NLSC) as an independent billet, the merger of Code 11 and Code 15 of the Office of the Judge Advocate General (OJAG), the establishment of the Chief Counsel to the Judge Advocate General for Assessments and Organization Performance (CCAO), the merger of CCAO and the Special Assistant for Strategic Planning, the transition of Navel Justice School from NLSC to OJAG, the addition of Sensitive Programs Counsel, and the designation of the Comptroller reporting directly to the Judge Advocate General.
