Purpose. Reference (a) requires that Department of the Navy/Assistant for Administration (DON/AA) maintain an annual "Over $100K" list of Department of the Navy (DON)-hosted and non-Department of Defense (DoD)-hosted conferences that historically have exceeded $100,000 across the DON and require Tier 1 or Tier 2 approval. Enclosure (1) is Calendar Year (CY) 2018 (January - December 2018) list of conferences historically over $100,000.
