This standard applies to graphical information, non-graphical information and documentation created or generated by or on behalf of TfL by external and internal Suppliers. It relates to the production, use and management of all Production and Handover Information that is agreed and set out in the MIDP(s) and contracts.

This standard covers the requirement for and use of a CDE on TfL capital projects and programmes. It also covers the use of a CDE on maintenance contracts with external suppliers.

Purpose

The purpose of this document is to describe the Standard Method and Procedure (SMP) (including in relation to the Common Data Environment (CDE)) and minimum requirements for the management of Production Information and Handover Information in relation to the development, enhancement and renewal of TfL fixed assets
