This standard applies to documents (including CAD files) generated by TfL or on behalf of TfL by its suppliers, in relation to the production, use and management of all Production and Handover Information.

This standard covers the requirement for and use of a CDE on TfL Capital, Renewal & Enhancement and Maintenance projects, programmes and contracts.

Purpose

The purpose of this standard is to define the minimum requirements for:

a) File naming

b) Metadata

c) Common Data Environment (CDE) functions,

in relation to the management of Production Information and Handover Information during the development, enhancement and renewal of TfL fixed assets.
