This International Standard specifies test methods for the det ermination of total belt thickness and the thickness of consti tutive elements of conveyor belts having a textile carcass. Th e constitutive elements include the covers, the carcass and in terlayers, i.e. the material between adjoining plies. This Int ernational Standard is not suitable or valid for light conveyo r belts as described in ISO 21183-1.
