This part of the standard specifies the characteristics of fittings made from glass-reinforced thermosetting plastic pipes or moulded based on unsaturated polyester resin (GRP-UP) intended to be used for non-pressure drainage and sewerage. It also specifies the test parameters for the test methods referred to in this standard. It is applicable to fittings intended to be used for the conveyance of surface water or sewage, below ground, outside buildings, at temperatures up to 50 °C.
