Lays down the rules concerning the construction and use of these peak voltage measuring devices. Applicable to the measurement of the peak values of alternating voltages, full standard impulses as defined in IEC Publication 60 and impulses with longer tails, and direct voltages. The peak values of the disruptive voltages in air for various spacings between the spheres are given in two tables.
